Are you a T cell expert and would you like to contribute to the next generation of Cell Therapies? Our Cell Therapy team is looking for a Scientist with hands-on experience with genetically engineered cell products. Here’s your chance to become a valued member of a small team with a diverse array of tasks and responsibilities. As Scientist Cell Therapy, you have a key role in the process development of innovative Cell- and Gene Therapy products and the manufacturing thereof.


What you will do

  • Plan and execute activities for process development of Cell Therapy products in our development laboratory;
  • Data analysis, report preparation and presentation to key stakeholders;
  • Provide hands-on and technical support to the manufacturing of Cell- and Gene Therapy products for clinical trials;
  • Write and maintain manufacturing related documentation such as SOPs in alignment with applicable GxP guidelines;
  • Train new team members;
  • Act as expert in Cell- and ex vivo Gene-Therapy.

Job requirements

What we ask

We are looking for a thorough, self-organised expert in Cell- and Gene Therapy who can act as an SME in work discussions and client meetings and works hands-on in the development lab.

You also have:

  • PhD or Msc in a relevant field (biomedicine, biochemistry, biotechnology or similar); PhD at least 3 years relevant work experience in the field of Cell- and Gene Therapy, Msc at least 5 years;
  • Experience with cell therapy products based on for example stem-cells, iPSCs, (CAR)T-cells, NK-cells, Mesenchymal Stromal Cells or dendric cells;
  • Knowledge of GMP standards in a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) environment is preferred;
  • Experienced in writing SOPS;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
